Elizabeth Hamilton

My name is Elizabeth Hamilton, and I am currently a second-year transfer student in the B.CYS at Mount Saint Vincent University. I have been employed at Leeds Street Childcare Center for just over a year, but my experience with children dates back to 2014 in various roles. I have served as an EPA within the HRCE and operated my own afterschool and summer care program from home for many years. At Leeds, I was introduced to the Pyramid Model through an eighteen-hour Professional Development Module. This website aims to provide educators with an honest and open perspective on the Pyramid Model, sharing insights from fellow educators and documenting my journey toward fidelity.
